The staff was incredibly nice and very pleasant and the place was clean. The rooms were huge, warm with comfortable beds, ideal for us. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was DECENT to satisfy everyone. It was in the central location to downtown shopping.

Truly enjoyed my reasonably spacious room with the TV and comfortable beds, for example. The staff was very kind and nice and always helped me. The location was marvellous and I could use free parking on site.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, had fine stay.

The room was huge, modern and with comfortable beds. The hotel staff was attentive, not annoying. The location was favourable for walking around Pioneer Park.

The hotel had a central location to walk to the city centre. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had essentials you needed.

The staff were exceptionally nice and excellent and the location was excellent to Santa Monica pier.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

The location was magnificent, right by downtown. Furthermore, near to tram. Got spacious a twin room with comfortable beds when arrived, appreciated that. We had cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room.

Had a very relaxing stay here. The hotel was fairly clean with great breakfasts. Its location really close to Pioneer Park was good. The property was in a downtown area, close to that famous church and shopping mall, the Temple Square and the center of the tub.

Overall had really great stay for a Business Trip. The a twin room room was included with the TV and comfortable beds, as for instance. It was based in nice building in a great location, close to good restaurants.

The rooms were brand-new and spacious here with comfortable beds, the TV plus all the lamps. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator, enjoyed it. The location was great and the room was fairly clean. I tried some drinks at pub Stephen's American Bistro, located 10 minutes walk away.

Cleaned room, helpful employees, free train access to downtown, good value for money, spacious room, friendly staff.

Everything was simply great. The entire hotel was fairly clean, huge rooms. Marvellous location to attractions like a night club, that was very close to the venue. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with vegetarian dishes.

We liked this stay. We got a room with a bathtub.
